Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County ;The ripples of excellence continue to spread across the Kenyan aquatics scene as Swim Fit Swim Club Kisumu made a thunderous splash during the Uasin Gishu Aquatics Championship held in Eldoret over the weekend. The lakeside giants once again proved that distance is no barrier to dominance, shining brightly on a stage far from home the City of Champions.

Under the strategic and inspirational leadership of Coach Odera Biko, fondly known as Pesa Berr, Swim Fit displayed unmatched strength, teamwork, and skill throughout the competition. From the first whistle to the last splash, the club’s athletes showcased precision, discipline, and determination, capturing the attention of fans, coaches, and fellow competitors alike.

The event brought together some of Kenya’s most formidable swimming clubs and academies, creating an atmosphere of high-level competition and sportsmanship. Among the top contenders were:

Torpedo Swim Club, guided by the experienced and passionate Coach Hillary Leboy, popularly known as Adipoolar, whose swimmers showed remarkable technique and consistency.

Rupaz Elite Swim Club, led by the energetic Coach Sophy, whose young athletes impressed with their speed and competitive flair.

Ndupawa Swim Club, a fast-rising team that continues to make waves with disciplined swimmers and growing regional influence.

Alongside other notable schools and institutions that brought color, energy, and excitement to the championship.

Despite the strong field, Swim Fit Swim Club Kisumu stood tall, producing champions across various age groups and strokes, a testament to their relentless training and robust grassroots development program. Coach Odera praised his swimmers for their resilience and commitment, saying:
